The Pred8tor is a True UV flatbed with a roll to roll option, which achieves the same print quality on all roll materials without compromising true flatbed capability. The Pred8tor will print high resolution 900 dpi photographic quality with inline white or clear and will be the first commercially available high speed UV true flatbed printer.

The Pred8tor and Domin8tor with 4 color and white combination produce ultra-high-quality prints at speeds of 120 sqm (1300 sqft.)
for many years and now Gandy Digital introduces the Pred8tor and Domin8tor capable of 6 colors (CMYK & LC & LM) producing even smoother colors with double white, or you can have double 4 color, CMYK, with dramatically increased speed.

The Pred8tor and Domin8tor are True UV flatbed printers with a vacuum table. The Pred8tor print size is 1.22 m (4 ft) X 2.44 m (8ft) and the Domin8tor print size is 2 m (6 ft 6 in) X 3.05 m (10 ft).
The Pred8tor comes with a 2.44 m (8 ft) wide roll-to-roll option that achieves the same print quality without compromising true flatbed capability.

Print quality and speed on the Pred8tor and Domin8tor are driven by the inline ‘Blade’ print head configuration system, printing 25.4 cm (10 inch) wide swath using 6-picoliter variable dot Ricoh print heads. This system eliminates head-to-head alignment and gives incredible sharp images. You can easily print materials with different thicknesses as the head height adjusts automatically without the need to manually check it (maximum media thickness 50 mm / 2”). The new ‘layered’ printing option makes printing multi-layered colored images and white, simple with a onetime setup and print process. Now you can do backlit images sandwiching white or doubled sided
banners with white and black sandwiched between images.

Cleaning is much easier with the fully automated built-in head blotting system, no need to wipe by hand. Operation of the Pred8tor and Domin8tor are simple with Gandy Digital’s own touch and drag GUI (Graphical User Interface). This is a true mobile operation device enabling step and repeat, rotate, delete ripped images, create jobs allowing interactive trouble shooting via online diagnostic. Profiles and software can also be updated with the online system. Gandy Digital has introduced a Crash sensor that truly protects printheads not only against large objects but also against film
that can get under the printhead carriage. This option is a true innovation.
