Shipping and Return Policy

Products not in stock have a handling time of 3-14 days. Please confirm with us before your purchase for an accurate ETA. PRINTECHCENTER INC assumes no liability for lost or damaged items during shipping; hence, exchanges or refunds will not be provided. To mitigate these risks, we strongly encourage purchasing shipping insurance at checkout, which covers theft, loss, and damage during transit from shipment to delivery. We highly recommend this insurance for high-value items like printheads, printers, and other costly components.

**Returnable Items:**

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. Consumables and printheads are not eligible for return if used or containing ink. You accept full responsibility for proper installation, and any doubts should be addressed by consulting a trained technician. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, excluding damages from fluids, electrical surges, or improper installation. The RMA report issued by our supplier is final and binding. RMA claims must include installation details, fluids used, nozzle tests, and other required information. RMA results take 4-8 weeks after parts are shipped to the facility, with shipping expenses covered by the customer.

**Non-refundable Items:**

Sale and tested used items are non-returnable, except in cases of warranty issues. Customer repentance will be issued store credit only. Printheads are not refundable but may be eligible for store credit.

**Return Shipping Charges:**

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases where PRINTECHCENTER INC made an error, or a warranty issue is present.

Please contact us before returning any item to receive step-by-step instructions.

**Refund Processing:**

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email or phone about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method. A 18% restocking fee applies to all returned products, except when PRINTECHCENTER INC is at fault, or a warranty issue is present.
